Monday Full Day Tuition:

  • Kindergarten – Sixth Grade $2,100
  • Seventh – Twelfth Grade $2,200

Thursday Tuition, à la carte by course. All courses are not offered every year. HLN offers courses for the following year based on the needs of currently enrolled students and will consider adding courses for which there is demand. See the Thursday page for specific information and reach out to the Directors if there is a course you would like HLN to offer for your child.

Important Information:

  • HLN’s online form is an application for enrollment. By submitting an application, you are expressing your intention to attend HLN if accepted. Once the online form is submitted and the application fee is received, you will be contacted by a Director to discuss class placement and confirm acceptance. New families may need to talk with one or both Directors.
  • Upon acceptance, tuition checks are due immediately in order to finalize your enrollment and reserve a seat in your selected classes.
  • For enrollment questions, please contact the HLN Directors at magistra@nashvillelatinschool.com before you apply.

Important Tuition Dates:

  • Upon acceptance; all tuition is due as postdated checks. Failure to submit all tuition checks by May 1st by 5 PM jeopardizes your child’s placement in their classes. A late fee of $100 will be charged to families who submit checks after this time. 
  • May 1: 25% tuition becomes non-refundable.
    • The first check should be for 25% of the total family tuition and be dated May 1, 2023.  This amount is non-refundable after May 1 and will be cashed on that date (or the next business day).
    • The remaining 75% balance can be paid in one to three installments using the following 3 dates to post-date: Oct 17, 2022; Jan 9, 2024; Mar 5, 2024.
    • The fact that HLN allows tuition to be paid in installments does not create a fractional contract or in any way relieve the parents responsibility for the entire tuition.
    • Enrollment is for the full academic year. No portion of the tuition paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled due to absence, academic performance, accident, transfer, sickness, voluntary withdrawal, dismissal from school, or circumstances which may require classes to meet remotely and/or on different days/times.
  • June 1:
    • Beginning June 1 no withdrawals can be made from HLN without forfeiture of the entire tuition.

New for 2022: Family Application Fee – A $100 non-refundable fee (1 per family) is required with online application to officially begin the process. If enrolled, this fee will be applied toward the family’s enrollment fee.

  • Enrollment is your good faith step that your child(ren) will attend HLN in the fall.
