NFCN’s parking lots are managed by Parking Management Company. There are signs throughout the lots indicating that payment is required to park.

Here’s what you need to know:

• HLN parents, teachers, students, and guests should NEVER pay to park when they are at the building for HLN activities.
• Only park in the lot at the corner of S. 6th Street and Russell St and along Russell St.
  • This is where the car line waits and all teachers and students currently park. 
  • This is the only lot HLN currently uses.
  • No one needs to do anything differently than what they are currently doing on Mondays and Thursdays.
• If you accidentally pay to park, you can remove the payment by scanning the QR code that will be posted inside the building.
  • Email HLN Directors if you need this QR code. 
• If anyone associated with HLN is ever given a “Conversion Notice” by PMC, it will be that person’s responsibility to bring that notice to the church office along with their license plate number and state. The church will then have that charge removed.
  • N.B. The church office entrance is off 5th Street where there is a small parking lot and the flags. Buzz at the door to gain entry.
    • HLN will not be able to assist with this process.
    • HLN does not have inside building access to the office.
    • You must enter the office through the exterior door described above.
• “Free parking” only applies to times you are on campus for regular HLN activites and does not apply to any other time (downtown sports, Farmer’s Market, etc.).
• Parents of teen drivers: ensure your child knows not to pay to park.
