Thursday Tuition, à la carte by course. All courses are not offered every year. HLN offers courses for the following year based on the needs of currently enrolled students and will consider adding courses for which there is demand. See the Thursday page for specific information and reach out to the Directors if there is a course you would like HLN to offer for your child.

Important Information:

• HLN’s application for enrollment is an online form. Current families receive this form in a newsletter and new families request this by email.
• By submitting an application form and fee, you are expressing your intention to attend HLN if accepted. Once the online form is submitted and the application fee is received, you will be contacted by a Director to discuss class placement and confirm acceptance. New families may need to talk to a Director.
• Upon acceptance, enrollment is pending until post-dated tuition checks are received.
  • Application fees are paid by Zelle (instructions will be provided).
  • Tuition must be paid by paper checks. Order checks now if you need them.
• The fact that HLN allows tuition to be paid in installments does not create a fractional contract or in any way relieve the parents’ responsibility for the entire tuition.
• Enrollment is for the full academic year. No portion of the tuition paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled due to absence, academic performance, accident, transfer, sickness, voluntary withdrawal, dismissal from school, or circumstances that may require classes to meet remotely and/or on different days/times.

Payment Overview:

• Application Fee – due with application, non-refundable. No action will be taken on your application until this fee is received.
• Tuition – due immediately upon acceptance to secure enrollment, paid in 1-4 payments
  • 25% of tuition is non-refundable immediately for all families
    • Returning families: 25% tuition check will be cashed on May 1
    • New families: 25% tuition check will be cashed upon receipt
  • If tuition is not received within two weeks of acceptance, your offer of acceptance will be rescinded. Should you decide to reapply, a new application and application fee will be required.

• May 1: 100% tuition becomes non-refundable. Beginning May 1 no withdrawals can be made from HLN without forfeiture of the entire tuition.
• The remaining 75% balance can be paid in one to three additional installments using the following 3 dates to post-date: Oct 1, Jan 1, & Mar 1. Checks are deposited the next business day.
